Our monthly rate typically includes room and board, three nutritious meals per day, housekeeping, laundry services, assistance with ADLs, activities, and medication management. Any additional care needs will be discussed individually during the assessment process.

We understand the importance of companionship. While pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, we also have visiting therapy animals and outdoor space that residents enjoy.

How do I know if Oak Tree Lodge is the right fit for my loved one?

We conduct a pre-admission assessment to determine if our level of care aligns with your loved one’s needs. If we are not the right fit, we’ll do our best to help you find a more appropriate placement.

What are staffing requirements in an RCFE?

Staffing must be sufficient at all times to meet residents’ care needs. Staff must be trained in first aid, medication assistance, dementia care, and emergency procedures, background checked (fingerprinted with DOJ and FBI) and 80 Hours of training is required by State. Facilities must have an Administrator who has completed state-approved training and passed a certification exam.

Yes. Residents receiving hospice services can remain at Oak Tree Lodge, provided their care needs can be safely and appropriately met in our setting. We work closely with licensed hospice agencies to coordinate care.

Not at all. Hospice is about supporting quality of life during the final stages of a terminal illness. It allows residents to live as comfortably and meaningfully as possible, surrounded by compassion and support. At Oak Tree Lodge some of our residents have graduated off of Hospice.
