With more than 30 years of experience in senior care, Owner Pamela Johnson leads Oak Tree Lodge, Oak Tree Ranch and Porcini LLC Wild Rose Living alongside a team of skilled caregivers who share her passion for improving the quality of life for every resident. Our history in the community spans over two decades, beginning with the Baumgartner family’s first care home in the 1990s and growing to include multiple residences that serve the Sonoma County area.
Today, Oak Tree Lodge, Oak Tree Ranch and Porcini LLC Wild Rose Living continues to honor its tradition of family values, personalized care, and community connection—ensuring every resident feels at home.
