Oak Tree Lodge: $5,000 - $6,500 per month

Wild Rose: $5,000 - $6,500 per month

Oak Tree Ranch: $5,300 - $7,000 per month

Rates vary based on the level of care required and the choice of accommodations, such as private or shared bathrooms. Additional fees may apply for specialized care needs to ensure your loved one receives the personalized attention they deserve.

Admission Process:

To ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, we require a comprehensive nine-page Medical Assessment completed by a physician, including a TB test, prior to move-in. Our admissions process also involves necessary paperwork in compliance with Community Care Licensing, along with our facility contract, to make the transition as smooth as possible.
